Installation

Installing the solution requires the proper amount of knowledge and expertise. Having our dedicated and fully-trained installation engineers/technicians on site will help you streamline the installation process. They ensure the successful and timely deployment of your site. If any customer installs our products by their own, we’ll not provide any warranty of those products.

We offer professional installation services for selected home appliances to ensure proper setup and optimal performance.

  • Inside Dhaka: Installation is available within 1–3 working days after delivery and payment confirmation.
  • Outside Dhaka: Installation support is available through our authorized service partners (service or travel charges may apply).
  • Customers must ensure proper site readiness (power, gas, or water connection as applicable).
  • Free installation applies only to products with a stated installation offer; otherwise, standard service charges apply.
  • Installation must be done by an authorized technician to maintain product warranty validity.

ইন্সটলেশন যোগ্য গন্য ইন্সটলেশনের এর পূর্বে সকল ধরনের সিভিল ওয়ার্কস (যেমন- পানির লাইন, ড্রেনের লাইন, কারেন্টর লাইন, প্রয়োজনীয় সুইচ সকেট, ইত্যাদি) সম্পন্ন করে রাখতে হবে। ইন্সটলেনের সময় প্রতিনিধি রাখতে হবে এবং একই সময়ে ডোমোনেস্ট্রশন দেখানো হবে। পন্য ডোমোনেস্ট্রশনের/ইন্সটলেশনের জন্য নির্ধারিত তারিখের বাইরে আলানা কোন তারিখে গেলে ১০০০ টাকা চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হবে।

Inspection & Acknowledgment

  • Customers are requested to inspect the product at the time of delivery.
  • Any visible damage or missing item must be reported immediately to our delivery or support team.
  • Once the delivery is accepted, it will be considered as received in good condition.


Delivery Schedule & Exceptions

  • Delivery schedules may be affected by weather, transport delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Our team will keep customers informed in case of any delay or rescheduling.

Delivery Within Dhaka City

  • Free delivery may apply for selected products and minimum purchase amounts.
  • Standard delivery time is 1–3 business days after full payment and order confirmation.
  • Our delivery team will contact you to schedule a convenient delivery time.
  • Installation or setup (if applicable) will be arranged after delivery.


Delivery Outside Dhaka

  • Products are delivered through trusted courier or transport services.
  • Courier/transport charges are borne by the purchaser.
  • Delivery time may vary depending on destination and courier schedule.
  • Any transit or courier-related damage is the responsibility of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.


Order Confirmation & Payment

  • All deliveries are processed only after full payment is received and order details confirmed.
  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

সাধারনত গ্রাউন্ড ফ্লোরে পন্য ডেলিভারি করা হয়, লিফট ব্যাবহার না করতে দিলে দোতালার উপরে প্রতি ফ্লোর এর জন্য ১০০ টাকা করে লেবার চাজ প্রিযোজ্য হবে।।

ঢাকার বাইরে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যামে পন্য প্রেরন করা হলে পথি মধ্যে কুরিয়ার সার্ভিসের মাধ্যমে ঘটা দূরঘটনার দায়-দায়িত্ব গ্রহন করা হবে না।
